D. Vincent Varallo, senior-level consultant, has twenty-five years of experience as a facilitator, a coach, and a trainer with global companies. He believes that strong communication fuels successful business. His programs include Presenting with Impact, Coaching for International Professionals, and Effective Business Writing He founded Varallo International (VI) in 1995 and has consulted for Prudential, Bank of America, Ernst & Young, The U.S. Government, KPMG, BASF, BMW, Fidelis Care NY, etc.

Vince supports VI’s premier clients in the fields of public speaking, cultural competence, and business communication. He is a champion for international professionals who work in English as a non-native language. Vince and his team help strengthen their voices to become better leaders and collaborators. In March 2017, Vince co-authored a book published by Wiley & Sons—Leading in English: How to Communicate Confidently and Inspire others in the International Workplace. He is also the co-founder of a new joint venture—Lead in English. Other recent projects include executive coaching at Prudential, business communication at EY, presentation skills at BASF, and cultural integration at KPMG. Participants include professionals from around the world.

Also, Vince consulted with BASF to design and develop Welcome to BASF, an on-boarding program that he helped deliver in Detroit, Houston, Charlotte, and Florham Park. He also delivered a keynote speech to Tiffany on developing a global mindset.

In the past few years, he has delivered intercultural communication programs for LG Electronics, traveled much of the U.S. for Benjamin Moore conducting high-level presentations-skills courses, and led groups of after-sales professionals at BMW to sharpen their business communication essentials.

He has delivered programs in Shekou, China for ConocoPhillips; facilitated a high-level intervention in Vezelay, France for Corning; and led a group of senior U.S. executives at Northrop Grumman in Best Leadership Practices. His article “Global Strategic Alliances” appears in Handbook of Business Strategies.

Chase asked Vince to be the lead trainer for Building Instructional Skills. He helped write and deliver an eight-day orientation program for the launch of Chase’s Customer Service Center. Vince also designed and delivered Citigroup’s program Communication Skills for International Employees. It ran for nine years.

Vince has traveled to Phuket, Thailand to conduct team-building exercises to the international sales teams at AT&T. He wrote and implemented an award winning global management program for AT&T in Mexico City.

Vince served for many years on the BOD for the New Jersey Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (NNJ-ATD). He has received the ATD Ralph Ganger and Charles T. Morgan awards. Ten years ago, Vince founded the Executive Advisory Council (EAC), a talented group of senior-level learning leaders advising NNJ-ATD.  Vince continues to serve as a member of that group.

Vince holds a BA in American Studies and an MA in English.
